How to use:

• Aroma lamp: Add 5–10 drops of the blend to water in the lamp bowl. Light the candle and enjoy the aroma.
• Essential oil diffuser / atomizer: Add 5–10 drops, or follow your diffuser’s recommended amount.
• Humidifier: Only add essential oils if your humidifier is specifically designed for them. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
• Aroma stone or diffuser jewelry: Add 1–3 drops and allow the scent to naturally diffuse.

Tip: Start with fewer drops and add more if you prefer a stronger aroma.
