Spa Etiquette

We look forward to you visiting our jewel-box of a spa. As the space is intimate and other guests are enjoying our top-quality treatments, we kindly ask you to speak softly when shopping or visiting our spa, out of courtesy. Please remember to place your device on silent mode while visiting the spa or receiving a service, so you and our other guests can have the best experience possible. Should you need to answer a call, we ask that you take your call outside of the spa.

 

Before Receiving Services

Prior to booking your treatment, please let us know if you have had any recent surgery, injectables, laser or peels services..If you currently use retinol, Retin-A, or any prescriptions that may cause sensitivity, we recommend that you call the spa to speak to one of our estheticians so that we can ensure the best results through a coordinated plan and can advise on your recommended usage prior to and post-treatment. 

 

Parking Facility & Directions

We are located at 807 East Palmetto Park Road in Boca Raton, only two blocks from the ocean.  Heading east, we are just one block after the bridge, on the left. Please leave time for parking and bridge openings, which occur approximately every half hour and may add 10-15 minutes to your commute to our spa.

We offer free customer parking, just at the back of our building. Parking spots at the back will say, “No Beach Parking” as these spots are reserved for our guests at Katrinatique, and surrounding businesses. Should you prefer to park out front along Palmetto Park Road, there are a few street parking spots that are free— to avoid ticketing, please ensure you are not parked in areas where the street curb is painted yellow. Our spa facility is handicap accessible, and we have a ramp that wraps around to the back parking lot.

 

Cancellation Policy

Because we are a small spa with high demand, we politely ask that if necessary, you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your treatment by calling us at 561-931-2156.

A credit card is required to reserve an appointment. Katrinatique adheres to a 24-hour cancellation policy. Failure to arrive or cancelling your appointment with less than 24-hour notice, is subject to a cancellation fee, up to the full cost of the scheduled services. Please plan to arrive at the spa 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment time, to allow time for you to check in and get comfortable. If you arrive late, we may be unable to provide your entire scheduled treatment, but we will do our best to accommodate you. An arrival later than 15 minutea past your scheduled start time may require us to reschedule your appointment, out of courtesy to our following guests. To ensure your prompt arrival, please allow time for parking and bridge openings, which occur approximately every 30 minutes.
