How to use:

• Before getting into your bath or shower, warm one capful of the Bath & Shower Oil in cupped hands.
• Apply to your torso, shoulders and lower back.
• Massage it gently into your skin to distribute it evenly, focusing on areas that may need extra care, such as dry elbows, knees and shoulders.
• Cup your hands and bring them to your face, take a deep breath in & out, then step into your bath or shower.
• Then apply your usual body cleanser in your bath or shower.
